Windows cannot use the built-in administrator account to open the application solution

1. Press Win+R, enter gpedit.msc, confirm, and enter the group policy;

2. Find the "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Account" in the Computer Configuration---windows Settings---Security Settings---Local Policy---Security Options---, double-click or Right-click on properties. Select this option to be enabled and click OK.
